#GoingOffGrid is hard work, but it will be so worth it! We could not do this without the help of our family and friends! We drove down for the weekend to finish up some mudding of the drywall this weekend! In this Vlog, we will show you our design inspiration for the inside of our cabin. In the last episode, we tore apart the inside of our one-room cabin and replaced the insulation and drywall! Because this is somewhat of a tiny house at only 20×20 feet we built a loft to use as a bedroom! This was just the first step of many cabin renovations and we are so excited to share this journey with you all!

Growin up together as high school sweethearts, we got married at 19 years old in August of 2016. We have always dreamed of a life of adventure! We started traveling the US any free weekend we had, finding free campgrounds wherever we could, and converting our truckbed into a home for three weeks to make the trip across the country. After 4 years of college and 2 corporate jobs, we decided this typical lifestyle is not for us. Because of RONA, our jobs let us work remotely full time and so we decided to take the leap. We started this #goingoffgridvlog to share our experiences with friends and family, but hope to share helpful tips along the way! We have no plans to slow down anytime soon, and we are incredibly thankful to be able to jump into this lifestyle. 🙂
